The Record Locks component reports on database record locks (all lock conflicts, your lock conflicts, and all locks) and allows users and administrators to send e-mails or disconnect users with lengthy locks of the database. This component also displays helpful information such as the table that is locked, the duration of the lock, and the primary key of the locked records. There is an optional "Lock Monitor" that runs using the CP Control component that automatically e-mails or disconnects after a configurable interval.
